FAQ 

1)  How do I book a wedding?
Give me a call or an email, and we can set up a meeting . I try to schedule most meetings at my office in Belleville, NJ. I am available most days and evenings including weekends. For couples in south Jersey or pennsylvania we can set up a meeting some place that would be more convenient .

2)  I live in south Jersey , how far do you travel? 

I will travel anywhere in NJ and parts of NY and Pennsylvania
 

3) What are your qualifications?
I am a minister of a church, with full authority to perform both the legal contract as well as the spritual commitment of the couple.

4) What do I have to do to get married in New Jersey ?
In short, get a marriage license and take vows before an authorized person and witnesses. The exact definition of an authorized person varies from state to state.  In New Jersey , any ordained minister of any religion is authorized.

5) I want to have a last minute wedding? Do you do those?
Yes! I perform all sorts of short notice ceremonies.

6 ) My wedding is a year away. Can I book you?
Yes! I perform all sorts of planned ceremonies.

7 ) Do you have a hall or space that you rent out for weddings?
No, I do not. I can perform "make it legal " ceremony in my office..

8) What types of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, money orders, cashiers checks and  personal checks if issued 7 days prior to the ceremony.

9) Do you marry or preform civil unions between same sex couples?

Although I believe in everyones right to live as they choose, I believe a marriage is between one man and one women.

10) Do you require  any premarital counseling?

No! However if you would like some advice, I have plenty.

11) Do you perform inter-faith or inter-cultural weddings? Yes

12) May we write our own vows? Yes

13) Do you meet with us to get to know us?

Yes , we can schedule a no obilagtion get acquainted meeting.

14) Do you provide samples of vows?

Yes. When you book with me you will receive hundreds of  samples of vows, readings and complete ceremonies.

15) Do you attend our rehearsal? Yes

16) Can we have a say in planning our ceremony?

Absolutly! I encourage it.

17) Will you provide us with a keepsake ceremony? Yes

18) Will we be able to approve our ceremony script ahead of time? Yes

19) Can you advise us on how to get a marriage license? Yes

20) Do you file our marriage license?

 I am required to file your marraiie license within five days of the ceremony.
